Adam Nebel - Founder/CEO
Hello! I’m the Founder and CEO of The Besa Team, and I’m thrilled to lead such an incredible group.
With over 15 years in staffing, I shifted into leadership to build a culture where people matter. It’s been an exciting journey, earning several culture and growth awards along the way.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and friends. I’m passionate about traveling, with one of my most memorable experiences being a trip to Cambodia where I helped build properties for Rapha House.
I’m always up for snowboarding, though my body doesn’t recover quite as quickly as it used to—nowadays, I’m more of a “slow and steady” kind of rider. My greatest passion is being the best husband and father I can be.
I’m excited about the future and can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together as a team!

With almost a decade of experience as a top producer within sales and recruiting, I’m proud to say that I’ve helped build winning teams with winning cultures. It’s incredibly rewarding to play an integral part in transforming people's careers, as well as, impacting the growth of our client's teams.
When I’m not busy working, I love spending time in the gym, trying the latest local restaurants, enjoying music concerts, traveling, and hanging with friends and family! I have two of the cutest pups in the world- Mabel and Bruno. Check out my LinkedIn to see their sweet faces ;).

Liv Kalal - Business Development Manager
Hello! I’m Liv, a Business Development Manager at The Besa Team.
Originally from Minnesota, I’ve lived in the Valley for the past three years. In my role, I work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies, mainly in IT and finance, to help them succeed.I’m grateful to be part of such a talented team and enjoy the rewarding work we do.
Outside of the office, I love exploring Arizona’s mountains, practicing yoga, and attending country concerts. I’m also a devoted Minnesota sports fan and value strong networking and connections.
